Import certifications
People are matched on their work email, or their name when the email is blank. Somebody can appear more than once — a re-evaluation adds a record rather than replacing one — and the app's certification card shows their most recent. An import replaces every imported row, so upload the complete export each time rather than a partial one. Evaluations recorded on this page or in the app are left alone. The two buttons below give you a sheet to work from: a blank one with the right columns, or everything the app has now, to edit and send back.
Record a driving test
Driving tests are recorded in the Forklift Center, where anyone can carry one out, the same as in the app. They land in the list below straight away, and an import won't remove them.

People
As an admin you see your own shop's people; as an owner, everyone. Owners change roles here. An employee sees their own records; a location admin sees everyone at their shop; an owner sees everyone and can reach this page. You can't change your own role, and the last owner can't be demoted — otherwise one wrong tap leaves nobody able to undo it.
Owners also set a name and a shop here. Both are normally chosen by the person on first sign-in in the app, and after that both are locked: only an owner changes them, here. Anyone who only ever uses this page arrives with neither. Type over the name; pick a shop from the list. The lock matters for names too: Training Status finds people without a work email by name, so a name people could change themselves was a way into a colleague's record. These go through the same owner-only function deactivation does.
Deactivate, don't delete. Deleting an account in Supabase is refused while it has lift plans, support requests or Skills history, so those records can't be lost with it. Only an account that never did anything can be deleted.
The email is the one they sign in with, shown here so an account with no name yet is still recognisable. It's read-only: change it in Supabase under Authentication → Users and it follows on its own.
Designations are for owners only: Safety Manager and Training Manager. They'll decide who can see or change things that belong to that job. Tick one to give it, untick it to take it away; your own row too. Anyone who isn't an owner can't hold one, and an owner made an admin or an employee loses theirs.
When someone leaves, an owner presses Deactivate. They can't sign in to the app or this page, they're signed out, and their notifications stop. Everything they did — lift plans, sign-offs, inspections — stays, with their name on it. Reactivate lets them back in with the same email and password.
| Name | Location | Role | Designation |

Support Center
These are the cards in the app's Support Center. A saved change reaches a phone the next time someone opens that screen — no app update needed. Leave the person blank for a role nobody covers yet and the app shows "No one assigned yet" rather than a dead phone number. A role can hold as many people as it needs — Sales has two.
The icon is an SF Symbol name. If you type one this version of iOS doesn't have, the app falls back to a life ring instead of drawing nothing.
Add a story
Paste the address of any article — Fendt, PTx, AGCO, a farm magazine, a video — and the title, summary and picture are filled in from the page. Check them over, change anything, then publish. Or write a post of your own, which is only in the app and on this page.
Stories
Newest first. Everyone signed in sees the ones showing, and can pin any of them to read later — pins are private to each person.
Payroll calendar
Excel or CSV. The sheet needs a row with Payroll #, Pay Period Start, Pay Period End, Paid Holiday and Payday across it — the 2026 workbook already does. An import replaces the whole calendar rather than merging, so upload the full year each time. The buttons below give you a blank sheet with those columns, or this year's calendar to edit and send back.
Who does what
Five columns in this order: Topic, Contact 1, Phone #, Contact 2, Phone #. A header row is skipped. Anything with an @ in the contact column is treated as a mailbox and gets an email button in the app instead of a call button. An import replaces the whole list. The buttons below give you a blank sheet, or the current list to edit and send back.
Special tools
The list in the Support Center, in the app and on this page. Tools are added, changed and checked out there, one at a time; this is for the whole list at once — a copy to look over, or a big change made in a spreadsheet.
Columns are found by their headings: Part Number, Name, Description, Home Location and Quantity, then one column for each field below, headed with its name. Checked Out and Where in the download are there to read, and are ignored on the way back in.
The file is the whole list. Tools in it are added or updated by part number; tools not in it are removed. You see exactly what will change before anything is saved, and a tool that's checked out can't be removed or moved until it's checked back in.
Fields on the tool form
Anything beyond the name, part number, description, home shop and quantity. A field added here is on the app's form, and on every tool, straight away — no app update. Answers are kept by field rather than by name, so renaming a field keeps them. Set Showing to No to stop asking without losing what's recorded.
Shared logins
The two sites the app signs into on everyone's behalf. Change a password here and every phone picks it up the next time that screen is opened — no new app build, nothing to reinstall.
These are not secrets. The app has to read a password to type it, and everyone in the company knows both already. What this gets you is being able to rotate one in a minute.
Upload safety data sheets
Each sheet is named from its file name, which is what people search for in the app — check and tidy the names before uploading. A name that's already in the library replaces that sheet with the new file, so newer revisions can be uploaded the same way. PDFs only, up to 25 MB each.

Skills competencies
The list technicians are signed off against, level by level. Sign-offs happen in the Training Center — admins for their own shop, owners for anyone. Retire a competency rather than removing it: it comes off everyone's list and past sign-offs are kept. Adding one to a level never moves a tech who already finished that level back down.
Training articles
The articles under Read up in the Training Center, in the app and on this page. Phones pick up a change the next time the Training Center is opened with signal.
Add a course
Courses show in the Course Catalog in the app and on this page. They're grouped under their category, and categories run in the order of their first course, so Order arranges both — use tens (10, 20, 30) to leave room to slot one in later.
Courses
Copy starts a new course with the same details. A course set to not showing stays here, faded, and can be switched back on.
Shared reminders
The reminders every person gets. Changes reach phones the next time someone opens Reminders — no app update. People's own reminders aren't listed here and can't be changed from here.
Not showing takes a reminder off every phone and can be switched back. Delete is permanent, and anyone who had hidden that reminder loses the setting. Prefer not showing for anything that might come back, like a seasonal check.
Open seat report
Three files, all at once or one at a time — each is recognised by its columns, so the names don't matter:
- Open Seat Report CSV from UKG — the classes and their seats.
- In-Class Event Report CSV from UKG — who's enrolled. Published together with the Open Seat Report, because each roster is matched to its class.
- AGCO open seat report — the Technical Training Catalog workbook, or a copy with just its Open Seat Report sheet. Can be updated on its own.
Nothing changes in the app until you press Publish. Publishing replaces the previous copy. Classes that have finished drop off the report on their own.
No export to hand? Start from a blank sheet with the right columns — the importer reads it exactly as it reads UKG's.

Employee handbook
The PDF everyone reads in the app's HR tab and on this page. Uploading a new one replaces it everywhere; phones fetch the new copy the next time the handbook is opened with signal, and keep it for reading offline.
AGCO Technical Training Catalog
Its LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 6 tabs are the courses you tick for each technician on the AGCO Development tab, with any added there. Upload a new copy when AGCO changes its courses — the ticks, and the courses added, are kept.
Courses added here
Courses that count toward a level but aren't on AGCO's catalog — the Level 3 online test-out, or a new class before AGCO lists it. They're ticked like any other. A course added to Level 1 or 2 is one more that everyone needs to complete that level.
Technicians
Everyone the Training Status roster calls a technician. The Training Manager opens one and ticks the courses they've completed; each tick saves, and their map changes with it. Other owners can look but not tick.
Level rules
What completes a level, where AGCO is likely to change it. Saving rebuilds every map straight away from the ticks.
Haystack labels
Everyone who reaches the flag gets a haystack under it, a bale for each Level 6 course they've completed. These are the words on the bales — a machine in a word or two. Leave one blank for the automatic label; a new Level 6 course gets one of those until you change it.
Training Status reports
Three UKG exports, all at once or one at a time — each is recognised by its columns, so the file names don't matter:
- All employees — everyone's job and store. Technicians are the jobs with "Technician" in the title.
- Credits All Time — every credit each person has earned: AGCO training hours toward the 24-hour credit for this year, and EPA 609. Matched to people by email. (The older Credit Rules Report still works, matched by name.)
- OLT and ILT — course completions, for the history by location.
Nothing changes until you press Publish. Each report replaces the last copy of that report; the others stay as they are. Admins and owners see the result under Training Center → Training Status, in the app and on this page.
No export to hand? Start from a blank sheet with the right columns — the importer reads it exactly as it reads UKG's.
Dealer metric
AGCO sets both numbers. Change them here when they do and the app and this page use the new figures straight away — no re-upload. The hours decide who has met the requirement, for everyone: the credits report carries its own figure per person, but it lags behind AGCO, so this is what counts.
Crane & rigging qualification
The course that qualifies someone for crane and rigging work, spelled as it appears on the OLT and ILT report. Change it here when the course is renamed and the app and this page both follow — nobody has to be re-qualified. Capitals and extra spaces don't matter.

Groups
The departments people put themselves in, and that support requests are aimed at. Renaming is safe — everyone in a group stays in it. Showing: No stops people choosing it but leaves everyone already in it where they are. Delete takes it out of everyone's groups for good.
Shops
The locations people choose when they first sign in. A shop decides which admin reviews someone's lift plans, and its time zone is what the Events tab uses when it hosts something.
A new shop shows up for people signing in for the first time. Moving someone who already has a shop is still done in Supabase, because the app locks it. A shop with people, lift plans or events can't be deleted — set Showing: No if it closes.
Add an event
Everything here shows on the Events tab on every phone, where people can add it to their own calendar. Owners can also add, change and delete events in the app. Enter times as the clock reads where the event is held — the app shows each person the time in their own zone, so a Twin Falls 9:00 AM reads 8:00 AM on a phone in Pasco.
Who's going shows on the event's page in the Event Center and the app. Owners add and take off people there. Switching back to No sign-up hides the list without emptying it.
Paste the Teams link. The app shows a Join the meeting button and puts the link in the calendar entry, so it is tappable at two minutes to the hour. Leave it empty if the link isn't made yet — the event still says it's online, which is what stops somebody driving to a shop.
Events
Drafts are faded and only admins see them. Copy starts a new event with the same details — handy for something that runs every quarter.
